JENNINGS — Cheryl Randolph Davis, 66, entered into eternal rest on July 1, 2023. Cheryl was born in Lafayette, LA on May 31, 1957, and was the daughter of Joseph Randolph, Sr., and Grace Dugas Randolph. Cheryl worked as a Cook for Jeff Davis School Board at Lake Arthur High School. She was a faithful parishioner of Union Baptist. She loved to cook and bake, as well as shop. During the holidays, she was always involved in baking for holiday events. Cheryl’s family was her everything. She loved her children and grandchildren, and she loved to laugh and live life to the fullest. Above all, she was a kind, loving woman and she will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Cheryl is survived by her sons, Jeremy Davis of Lake Arthur and Mallory Davis of Lake Arthur; her daughters, LaShonda Frazer (Jermaine) of Woodlands, Texas and Ashley Wilkinson (Cecil) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Jerayln, Jerimel, Dasia, Jada, Khloe, Jeremy, Jasmine, Jeremiah, Mya, Mariah, Caylee, Miles, Lathan, Lakelynn, Cecil, III; her brothers, Joseph Randolph of Lake Arthur, Peter Dugas of Jennings and James Randolph, Sr. of Rockford, Ill.; her sisters, Debra Randolph of Jennings, Dorothy Alexander of Iowa and Ora Randolph of Jennings.

Funeral services will be held at Union Baptist Church in Jennings on Saturday, July 8, at 11 a.m. followed by burial in Lakeview Cemetery. Those chosen to honor Cheryl as her Pallbearers will be Gregory Minefield, Schazz Randolph, Mallory Davis, Jeremy Davis, Jermaine Frazer and Cecil Wilkinson. Honorary pallbearers will be James Randolph, Joseph Randolph, Jermiel Levi, Tarius Davis, Eugene Herbert and Tony Brooks.

Visitation will be held at Union Baptist Church in Jennings on Saturday, July 8, from 9 a.m. until the time of her funeral service.
