Nadine Guillory Thibodeaux, 74, of Jennings passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019, at her residence.

A memorial service will be held at Our Lady of Seven Dolors Catholic Church on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at 11 a.m., with Father Whitney Miller officiating.

A Visitation will be held at the church prior to the church, beginning at 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Burial will follow at Bon Pasteur Cemetery in Welsh.

She was born to her late parents, Elmer and Ruth Guillory on Dec. 28, 1944, in Welsh. She was retired from the State with The Office of Welfare Family Security. Some of her hobbies included: fishing, painting, gardening and she loved the beach and water. Nadine also enjoyed cooking for her family and making sure they were always fed. She absolutely adored her grandchildren, and they affectionately called her “Granny”. Her life mission was to give her husband Robley a hard time, and she succeeded at that. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Robley Thibodeaux; two daughters, Desi Bruchhaus and husband Daniel of Elton and Robin Purvis and husband Chris of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Lynda Roberie and husband Leo of Lake Arthur and Diana Matlock and husband Paul of Spring, Texas; four grandchildren, Erica Francis, Conner Zackery, Eason Guirard and, Eden Guirard; along with four great-grandchildren, Nya Francis, Kaya Francis, Arianna Zackery and Adaleigh Zackery.
