I’M JUST SAYIN’
The USPS notice in my mailbox stated a letter was waiting for me at the post office. If a letter can only be handdelivered to someone, chances are it is a certified letter.
In over 10 years with the newspaper, one thing I have learned is nothing good ever comes in a certified letter. You either owe taxes or a governing body wants you to mow your lawn, tear down a derelict structure…
