Congressman Clay Higgins is in Jeff Davis today, touring two businesses and speaking to one civic club.
A big part of his visit, Higgins said, is to listen to the concerns and needs of business owners and employees. The congressman said seeing firsthand the burdens business owners face shows him certain areas the federal government needs to tackle.
