Screening Congress may be a good idea

Congressman Clay Higgins has introduced the Exposing Congressional Drug Abuse Act, which enacts random drug screenings for members of the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate.

Many in the public feel that elected officials should be held accountable via drug screens, just as most of their employed constituents are. Still others feel that mass-testing is more expensive that it is worth.
