The topic of whether or not high school students should be in class five days a week is a touchy one.
Yeah, I know, they are still out there counting votes, but I won’t hold my breath waiting for it to change anything.
Sure, we didn’t know who won right away, or the next day, or the day after that, but we still learned quite a bit from the election.
The information printed in the Veterans Day edition for U.S. Army Specialist 5th Class John D. McFarlain, Sr. contained errors. McFarlain, Sr. served from 1965 to 1967. He is a Vietnam-era veteran who served in the Berlin Brigade. He was a resident of Evangeline when he was inducted and currently resides in Franklin.

I don’t think you can judge a person’s character and morality based upon their vote.
Sure, we didn’t know who won right away, or the next day, or the day after that, but we still learned quite a bit from the election.
