Many times have I warned parents of the pitfalls of micromanaging their children’s academic responsibilities lest said children deduce that the responsibilities in question are not theirs at all and begin acting increasingly irresponsible. Hello? Is there anybody out there?

While justified criticism about President Biden’s border fiasco rages on, an interesting and significant legal action has gone largely unnoticed.

As many of you know, I lost my precious pug Felicity last year on Dec. 18. As part of my grieving process I have been fostering dogs for the local shelter and while this has been fulfilling, I still feel like there is something missing in my life.
