March is National Music Month, aimed at spreading awareness of music education in schools. To celebrate and raise awareness, the fifth-grade class at Jennings Elementary School performed “United We Sing”.

The Easter bunny will be making a stop in Jennings this weekend to celebrate the holiday with all of the boys and girls in the area for an afternoon of good family fun.

ELTON — The judging for Louisiana Garden Club Federation’s annual Cleanest City Contest is right around the corner and officials with the Town of Elton are asking residents to step up and do their part.
