WELSH — To make the roadways a little safer, the Welsh Board of Aldermen approved a measure that adds a bit of safety to a dangerous intersection.
Earlier this week, the board agreed on a resolution to make the intersection at Palmer and East South streets a four-way stop. Mayor Karl Arceneaux said the decision to change the intersection was from purely a safety perspective.
