Ms. Allison Leigh Ardoin and Mr. Adam Douglas Baudoin were recently married in Bar Harbor, Maine. The couple were engaged two years ago in Bar Harbor and returned there for their wedding. Allison is the daughter of Debbie Bourque Ardoin and the late Michael James Ardoin. Allison graduated from Jennings High School, McNeese State University and LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans with a master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Adam is the son of Angela Baudoin and Douglas Baudoin and his wife Gail Freeland Baudoin, all of Kaplan. Adam graduated from Kaplan High School and attended LSU in Baton Rouge. He is employed by Expro Americas in Broussard. Upon their return from Maine, the couple resides in Lafayette.
While returning from the National Beta Convention, Elton High School Beta students made a meaningful stop at the historic National Civil Rights Museum at the former Lorraine Motel. The motel is the site where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated on April 4, 1968.
