WELSH — The Welsh Board of Aldermen discussed the condemnation of the Prudhomme home on Martin Luther King Street this week.
Mayor Karl Arceneaux started the discussion by reminding the board of Building Inspector Rodney “Cooney” Richard’s condemnation recommendation of the property due to the state of the structure.
