The Jeff Davis Parish Police Jury voted Wednesday to have Steve Eastman retain the position of president for another year. Butch Lafarge was selected to serve as vice president.
Eastman said 2025 will be his fifth year serving as Police Jury president and he plans to make it his last year in the office.
