Two local men were recently arrested on drug charges and booked into the parish jail. The Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office took serious action last week to get harmful and illegal narcotics off the streets. Sheriff Kyle Miers announced the arrest of 31-year-old Andre Demon Gant and 57-year-old George Nathan Gant, both of Jennings.
