The Community MLK/Black History Committee decided to cancel the annual Mission Possible Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday parade scheduled for Monday due to possible inclement weather.
The Sunday service is still scheduled for 6 p.m. Jan. 19 at Mt. Triumph Baptist Church, located at 219 East G.C. Chaney St. in Jennings. Dr. Douglas Ray will be the guest speaker.
