LAKE ARTHUR — The Lake Arthur Freedom Fest committee recently selected veterans Joe Guidry and Barbara Conner to lead the Freedom Fest parade down Arthur Avenue on Saturday, June 28, during the town’s annual community celebration of Independence Day.
