The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announced a road closure that will affect travelers between Hathaway and Elton.
Beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, crews will be in the area of La. 26 near Tupper Road. DOTD officials said the road work will be intermittent, with lane closures occurring 0.02 miles north and 0.03 miles south of Tupper Road along the highway.
