ELTON — Officials here agreed to set a time limit for attendees to make public comments during town meetings.
Mayor Mike Pierotti said there will be a designated portion of each meeting to allow residents to voice their concerns or share thoughts on agenda items.
“We wanted to address upfront the agenda and have comments made then, prior to waiting until they occur,” he said.
