Poly in the Park

Spirit of Polynesia, sisters Patricia Abshire (above) and Donna Pierce (below, right), brought their beautiful hula dances and songs to Founder’s Park to share the rich culture with the community. Demonstration attendees Miller Lane Myers (below left, from left), 6, Stacy Myers and Ashley Reeves, 17, were invited to the stage to learn and perform one of the cultural dances.
