A local woman is missing and parish law enforcement, as well as her loved ones, are searching the parish and asking the community to come forward with any information they may have as to her whereabouts.

Jennings Lions Club presented this year’s scholarship to recipient Ryleigh Daigle. The club gives $600 per semester of college scholarship to a winning Jennings High School Leo Club senior who meets the GPA and community service requirements along with providing an essay. The scholarship is good for all four years of college if recipients continue to meet the required college GPA threshold established by the Lion’s Club.
