Touch a Truck returned to Jennings, bringing exploration and education on important service vehicles to local youth while providing family-friendly fun. Kids could touch and explore fire trucks, police cars and many other emergency service vehicles, as well as visit the Jeff Davis Parish Library Book Mobile or play on a John Deere tractor. Fun jumps and fresh barbecue rounded out a beautiful spring day at the Jennings I-10 Oil and Gas Park.

On Monday, Jamarcus Dwayne Williams was in the 31st Judicial District Court facing charges for a theft that happened in Texas last December.
