Capital One building demolished

Demolition was finally able to begin on the old Capital One building off Arthur Avenue in Lake Arthur recently, after a long process of getting permits and approvals was wrapped up. The lot is located in a prime location, across from the lake front and Lake Arthur Park. Mayor Sampson “Poncho” LeJeune said the town will sell the property once it is appraised.
