WELSH — The Welsh Mardi Gras Association is ready to celebrate Carnival season with family- friendly activities, including a run, parade and street dance this weekend.
Festivities kick off with the Mardi Gras run lineup at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15. Floats will line up on East Frontage Road, according to Organizer Chelsea Duplechin.
