Early voting kicks off

Early voting for the May 3 spring Municipal General Election begins this Saturday at Jeff Davis Parish Registrar of Voters Office, located at 302 North Cutting Ave. in Jennings. The office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 19-26 with the exception of Sunday, April 20. The upcoming election includes a runoff for the District A Jennings City Council seat.
