LAKE ARTHUR — Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff Kyle Miers made a statement Thursday after the devastating fatal shooting in Lake Arthur this week that claimed the life of a young juvenile female.
“The incident took place at the 1200 block of State Street in Lake Arthur,” Miers said. “The residence is the home of a close friend of the victim. The victim was visiting.”
