Thirty-first Judicial District Judge Steven Gunnell ruled this week to exclude autopsy pictures of 12-year-old Brogan Duhon in his parents’ upcoming murder trial.
Attorney Tim Cassidy, representing defendant Jennifer Duhon, requested the exclusion from Gunnell on Wednesday, along with Attorney Bill Riley, who represents co-defendant Adam Duhon.
