Jeff Davis Parish residents are adjusting to new requirements for installing agricultural driveways on farmland. The JDP Police Jury approved an ordinance change that requires all agricultural landowners requesting agricultural driveway permits to possess a commercial farmer certification card.
As a new ordinance provision, some residents were caught unaware of the new certification requirement.
