With temperatures rising, residents are encouraged to take precautions to stay safe over the summer months. Risks for heat-related conditions can be life-threatening and should be taken very seriously, Fire Chief Ashley Navarre said.
“Everyone can be effected by overexposure to extreme heat conditions in summer months,” he said. “But there are many that are at greater risk.”
