Jennings Police Chief Danny Semmes spoke with Jennings Daily News about an incident that took place on Wednesday afternoon.
On Aug. 20, the Jennings Police Department was dispatched to a single-vehicle accident that was reported to possibly be drugrelated.
“The driver hit a pole,” Semmes explained. “We initially thought he hit a house. There were also reports he was foaming at the mouth.”
