The City of Jennings recently bid farewell to its longtime library director, while welcoming in a familiar face to fill the role.
Jennings native Harriet Shultz recently retired after over two decades of service with the Jennings Carnegie Public Library. The Carnegie Library Board also appointed longstanding library staff member Crystal Dickinson as the new director.
