OBERLIN — A Jennings man was arrested by local police over the weekend for sex crimes against minors in a neighboring parish.
Tristen West, 44, was booked into the Jeff Davis Parish Regional Consolidated Jail Facility on two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile and an outside agency warrant from Allen Parish.
