The ninth Annual “Battle of the Bows” Cajun Fiddle Competition returns this weekend with footstomping Cajun music fun.
This year’s event will be held Saturday, Nov. 1, starting at 10 a.m. with doors opening at 9 a.m., at the Strand Theatre, located at 432 North Main St. in Jennings.
Longtime organizer Doug Dugas said the event has become the premier Cajun fiddle competition in the area.
