Calling all ghosts, ghouls, groups and dogs to downtown Jennings on Friday to compete for who has the best costume around.
The Jennings Festival Association is bringing its annual costume contest back to Founder’s Park to add a little fun to Main Street Trick or Treat.
According to Event Coordinator Sam Onellion, bringing the contest back to the city is both nostalgic and exciting for the young mom.
