ELTON — The Elton Library was packed on Wednesday with the friends, family and community members who were impacted by the over four decades of service Branch Manager Kitty Marsh provided.
Marsh began her career with the Jeff Davis Parish Library in February 1981, working under seven directors throughout her time. She has also seen many changes over the years.
