WELSH — Due to the freezing temperatures and possible icy conditions, the decision was made to cancel the children’s Mardi Gras events scheduled for Saturday.
Organizer Chelsea Duplechin announced the Welsh Mardi Gras Association’s decision on Wednesday.
“Sadly, the weather isn’t on our side, and we’ve made the decision to cancel this weekend’s kids run,” she said.
