The Southwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery is transitioning to its fresh-flower-only policy as the winter allowance for artificial flowers draws to a close.
Cemetery staff will remove all artificial flowers starting in the afternoon on Monday, March 9. Cemetery Director Sue Daggett said flowers will be held no later than Friday, March 13, for retrieval.
