Two historic wall sconces that once welcomed visitors to Jennings’ original post office have returned to their rightful place after spending decades in storage. Thanks in part to a chain of friendships, careful stewardship and a shared appreciation for preserving local history, the sconces have helped restore another piece of Jefferson Davis Parish Library’s history.
