Through an event spearheaded by Army Veterans Chuck Abel and Kyle Todd, Welsh citizens and students placed flags at three local cemeteries. This well honored tradition is made possible by volunteers giving their time, along with the Rotary Club of Welsh for its donation of the flags, and the Town of Welsh for storing the poles when not in use.
