The Jennings Fire Department aided the Southwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery with fixing their flagpole this week, just in time for July 4. Cemetery officials expressed gratitude to the local firefighters for their invaluable help ensuring the pole was fixed and fully operational, allowing Old Glory to fly high once again.
