A group of parish residents who discovered a passion for learning more about family history is preparing events and inviting the public to attend.
The Genealogical Society of Jennings will be holding meetings from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 13 and Oct. 11 at the Jeff Davis Arts and Technology Center, located at 137 North Main St. in Jennings.
