The Jeff Davis Parish School Board approved the purchase of two new buses to add to its fleet for the upcoming school year.
The Transportation Committee was originally asked to consider purchasing two used 2021 or 2022 Blue Bird passenger buses. However, board members questioned why used buses were being considered instead of new ones.
