A Lake Charles resident was sentenced in court this week for being in a city park, which is a restriction of his sex offender status.
Danny D. Dofflemyer, 63, was ordered by 31st Judicial District Judge Steve Gunnell to serve nine months in the Jeff Davis Parish Regional Consolidated Jail Facility with credit for time served after he was discovered to be in a Jennings park in May.
