WELSH — Property owners here who allow their grass to grow too high will now pay more if the town is forced to send a crew to mow it.
The Welsh Board of Aldermen approved Ordinance 859 this week, increasing the amount the town charges when it is forced to mow properties that are in violation of the town’s grass regulations.
