It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth Owen Chapman, a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, who left us peacefully on April 14, 2025, at the age of 69. Kenny was born on January 31, 1956, in Jennings, and spent all of his life in Lake Arthur, where he became a wellrespected member of the community.
