Alton Weatherspoon

Alton Weatherspoon, also lovingly known to many as Spoon, was born in Beaumont, Texas on October 5, 1946 to Ada Williams and Fred Weatherspoon. He attended Dunbar Elementary and Charlton Pollard High School, class of 1965. After graduating, he became a member of the United States Army where he served for four years.
