Ivy 'John' Gary, 79, of Jennings passed away peacefully at his home in Lake Charles on July 11, 2026.
He was born on Aug. 18, 1946 to Asa and Theresa Gary.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings.
John is survived by his wife of 47 years, Mary Gary; children John Allen and Bonnie Gary, John and Tina Gary and Theresa Gary; his nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
John enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to his radio, as well as spending time with his family.
