ELTON — After an impressive opening week 55-7 victory over the Basile Bearcats, the 1-0 Elton Indians now set their sights on the 1-0 Vinton Lions in a game that is shaping up to be plain old smash-mouth football.
Last week, the Indians put up big numbers against Basile with Makelin Lemoine running for 322 yards and five rushing touchdowns. Lemoine also scored on a 104-yard interception return.
