Barbara Ann Uhlik, 80, passed away on Oct. 29, 2018.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Johnson Funeral Home, with Barry Doucet officiating.
Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
Visitation will begin Saturday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
