JENNINGS — Funeral services for Mr. Howard Ellis Owers, 82, were held on Monday, July 8, 2024 at Miguez Funeral Home in Jennings, beginning at 2 p.m. with Rev. Gene Vincent and Bro. Brian Wells officiating. The burial took place at Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.
Visitation began on Monday at 9:30 a.m. and went on until the time of service at 2 p.m.
