JENNINGS — Rocky Lynn Benoit was born on November 25, 1959 and adopted by Rufus and Stella Benoit in Jennings, Louisiana. Rocky passed away peacefully on May 7, 2023, in Houston, Texas after a valiant battle with cancer. While attending college at Louisiana Tech, he met the love of his life Tammie Tharpe Benoit.
