Members of the Welsh High School football team joined with the Rotary Club of Welsh and local veterans to place American Flags at the cemetery in honor of Memorial Day. The tradition began many years ago by former State Rep. Jimmy Martin. Over the years, Welsh students and residents have kept the tradition alive.
